The mission of the University Libraries' Diversity Committee is to...
1. Provide support for diversity programming, outreach, and understanding at University Libraries, across campus, and in the profession as a whole.
2. Support diversity in the curriculum and in other areas across campus.
3. Ensure a library environment that is receptive to both staff and user diversity.
4. Create awareness of diversity by hosting speakers and exhibits.
